We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
• Bodysuits, intimates, accessories, and sale items are final sale.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.
